In making a booking, you are confirming that you have read and understood all the terms of hire, including, if applicable, those relating to noise, use of the King George V playing field, use of our Audio and Projector Equipment and any requirements for the Licencing of Events and Sale of Alcohol, and that you accept responsibility for being in charge of and on the premises at all times during the hire period and for ensuring that all the conditions are met.

You are also agreeing that the booking information you provide can be held by Hurstbourne Tarrant Community Centre CIO and used solely for the purposes of administering your booking.
